JX Advanced Metals Corporation (President: Hayashi Yoichi, hereinafter "the Company") has introduced the office digital transformation (DX) promotion program "Grow & Progress DX" for new employees starting in fiscal year 2025.

　

Under our Group's Long-Term Vision for 2040, we aim to transform into a technology-based firm and contribute to social progress and innovation as a global player in advanced materials. To realize this vision and enhance corporate value, it is essential to foster flexible thinking free from fixed ideas and generate initiatives that drive transformation toward tangible value creation.

　

Against this backdrop, the Grow & Progress DX program was launched to leverage the fresh perspectives unique to new employees, enabling them to identify workplace challenges and make improvements using DX. A total of 57 new university and graduate school hires in general positions for 2025 will work with mentors to improve operations within their respective departments. This initiative will achieve efficiency from a frontline perspective--something difficult to accomplish through top-down measures alone--while also utilizing the community among new employees to horizontally expand improvement and reform achievements across the Company. Through this, we aim to foster a culture where each department proactively adopts DX-driven operational improvements, promoting continuous improvement activities and further productivity gains. The program will be implemented annually for all new general-position employees, ensuring that every new hire is developed into DX talent during their first year.

　

This program is not only a practical initiative to enhance corporate value but also a unique approach that enables new employees to grow into key contributors to corporate value improvement through DX. It cultivates the ability to identify and solve issues and, through experiences of proactive proposals and communication, strengthens communication skills and leadership.

　

Going forward, the Company will continue to actively promote various initiatives, including DX, that contribute to enhancing corporate value, and as a global player in advanced materials, we will strive to create new value and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.
