Operation of Green Procurement
(1) Survey method
Procurement partners are requested to answer the survey sheet sent by us or posted on our website to enable us to confirm that they satisfy the conditions to be followed for procurement.
(2) Notification of changes
If there is any change to the answers to the survey sheet previously given, the details of the change should be promptly reported to our Procurement Department.
(3) Notification of contained prohibited substances exceeding thresholds
Each procurement partner must immediately notify our Procurement Department upon becoming aware that any prohibited substance is contained in materials or equipment in excess of the threshold.
(4) Confidentiality
We give due consideration to the confidentiality of the information provided by each procurement partner.
Supplementary Provision
JX Advanced Metals Environment & Safety Department and Administration Department are jointly responsible for establishing, revising and abolishing this Guideline.
