Overview

  • NKC4419(HC) is a Corson alloy with enhanced conductivity compared to the conventional NKC4419. It is a new Corson alloy that excels in achieving an unprecedented balance of strength and conductivity.
  • NKC4419-H(HC) has excellent Bulging formability.

  1. 1.High electrical conductivity 71% IACS: higher conductivity than conventional Corson alloys
  2. 2.High Yield strength of 590 MPa
  3. 3.Excellent bend formability (MBR/t = Minimum bend radius/Thickness = 0 bad way)
  4. 4.Excellent Bulging formability
