Backplane connectors, used for connections inside servers, need high connection reliability and fast transfer speeds, and are becoming increasingly high density as their size shrinks.

Material Requirements

To achieve high connection reliability, materials that can ensure high contact pressure (which approximates to high yield strength) and materials with excellent fatigue properties are demanded. We recommend the following alloys for these needs.
