Features of HS1200/HS1200-V2
The higher strength and thinness of the foils means more current collectors can be stacked with batteries of the same volume, contributing to improved battery energy density.
HS1200 is a copper foil strengthened by adding 0.12% Sn. HS1200-V2 achieves even higher strength through process control using the same chemical composition as HS1200. It helps suppress the expansion and contraction of the anode associated with the increased Si concentration in Si active material, aimed at improving battery capacity.
