Electro-deposited copper foils for rigid circuit boards / Fine pitch

Copper Foil for Rigid Circuit Boards The low-profile foil with low roughness. Both rolls and sheets are available.

Foils for flexible printed circuits (FPC) / Flexibility

HA and HA-V2 Treated Rolled Copper Foil HA and HA-V2 have outstanding flexibility compared with standard rolled copper foil and it shows excellent performance for FPC hinge parts.
The foils can be bent repeatedly and very much suitable for FPC assembled in tight spaces (such as inside cases) with strong bending and for FPC requiring long term reliability.

JXEFL Series Electro-Deposited Copper Foil for Flexible Printed Circuits These electro-deposited copper foil products are for FPC with bendability, fine and uniform nodulation.

Surface treatment for high frequencies/high frequency, fast transfer

Surface Treatment We develop surface treatment matched to the resin requested by customers.
For high-frequency applications, the surface treatment of treated rolled copper foil (BHM or BHFX treatment) is also applied to electro-deposited copper foil for flexible printed circuits.
